TOMLOV Product Return & Refund Policy

We stand by a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return undamaged products for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition - unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us at support@tomlov.com within 30 days of product delivery, providing your order number and delivery date. Upon acceptance of your return, we'll furnish a return guide along with instructions on where and how to return your package. Once the returned item reaches our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will commence.

Important Note: Prior written approval from us is necessary before returning any items. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and promptly notify us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you're unsure about the return eligibility of your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For a prompt exchange, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since return approval, please contact us at support@tomlov.com.
