How long does delivery take?
All TOMLOV orders will be shipped from China within 2 business days. It usually takes 10 to 20 business days to receive your shipment, depending on your location.
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. We do NOT be held responsible for any duties, taxes (including VAT) and brokerage fees (if need be). These charges are recipient’s responsibility.

How will my delivery be shipped?
We cooperate with major freight forwarders. We will match your shipping address and shoose works the best carrier to ship out products for your order. Please note, We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

How will my order be tracking?
After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email. You can click the link and skip to the shipping company’s official website to check your package shipment status.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
